Survey Junkie flagging my phone number as invalid

I've been trying out Survey Junkie for the past few days and it seemed very reasonable. I hit the cash out limit and tried to verify my identity, but when I put my phone number in it gave me an error. I messaged their support and they said that my phone number was invalid, and to try another phone number. I've now tried three phone numbers and they're all getting the same error code. I've sent their support a message asking what is going on and if there's any other way to get verified. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
