Redeeming Walmart Customer Spark Rewards?

Four days ago I requested my first payout ($5) from the Walmart Customer Spark site. The confirmation screen said the gift card was sent to my email. I never received anything. I wrote in to the support email address (the only method of contact they list on the website) over two days ago and have not received any response. Have any other members of this community had success in redeeming their rewards? Thanks.
