Problems with my invoices in Appen

Hi everyone! I started working on Appen last month. I qualified for the project called Crescent and made $60 in a few days (I started the third week of the month). Last week I received an email from them saying that my invoice was created. However, when I go to “my invoices” on my Appen account it says 0 hours worked and $0 made for August. What should I do? Is this normal? I Can see the $60 dollars and the worked hours correctly on UHRS but not in Appen. I sent an email but they didnt respond.
