PlayTestCloud not working

I got a Oneplus Nord 2 5G quite recently and I happened to get invited to a playtest. I tried to start the test however the app would just close and put me back my phone homepage. Contacted support and they said I wouldn't be able to finish the test in time, so i assumed it was just a problem with the test. But I got a test today and the same thing happens, any help would be appreciated!

ps. It worked fine on my old phone.
