MyPoints customer service?
There's a problem with my MyPoints account and I can't seem to reach anyone to help me out. I tried submitting a help request on their website and I got an automated reply saying that I "submitted a ticket under the disabled Survey dashboard form," and telling me to "submit a new ticket under the correct form." I've looked everywhere on their website and I can't find anywhere else to submit a ticket. So I've also sent them a Facebook message and tweeted them, and I've gotten no response.
Does anyone know how I can reach them?
