Pactera Oneforma Jarvis - Experience

I started working on the Oneforma - Jarvis project 2 months ago. I still do not have access to any forums, the payments are late, and they don't pay the bonuses they promise even if your QA scores are good. My payment rates have been approx $5 per hour for an English market. Sadly, this has been my experience with them. Anyone else with similar experience?
