Dscout - video applications

So i did get into dscout recently because i saw people getting some nice money there.

My question is: I see a pop up on my cell that there is an application available and it requires a video of me talking. It has been maybe a 3rd or 4th application that i have applied to and im curious.

Do they want me to provide a video with the application or get ready that i will need one with the mission ? I did allow the app to record video/voice and location but when i click apply all it does is gives me a short survey and says all done wait for the answer.

Any1 :) ?
