Problems with UserTesting

Does anyone else have issues with UserTesting instructions? The buttons they say to push don't actually exist anywhere on the page. I just did a screen recording and the instructions said to hit the "make a few changes" button but it wasn't anywhere on the page. The next step said to hit the "Done" button but that didn't exist either. I answered all the questions they wanted on the page but no buttons appeared. I've only done two tests and each had this problem. I'm using a Chrome browser (like they require for their tests).
