How to use prepaid Visa cards issued by Branded Surveys?

I'm very new to the proper use of this cards. I just redeemed the equivanlent of 6 CAD from my BrandedSurveys account and I logged into the link shown in the mail I received which is Digital Wallet.
The matter is that I dont have an idea of how to reload this card given it is virtual.
