InboxDollars processing times?

I requested a $40 PayPal payment from InboxDollars on July 9th, and the automated "in process" email said 2-3 days ... it's now the 15th, and I haven't received my payment. I haven't had any issues with getting payment from Prodege through either SwagBucks or MyPoints, so I'm wondering, does InboxDollars normally lag behind like this? What is everyone else's experience?
