Lionbridge Ignoring paying me off

My very first project with them was (Data Collection) before 12 months, they paid me via PayPal, but the second project which is Language Research Project for Arabic (Saudi) Speakers they did not pay me off as they told me "we tried to pay you but PayPal would not allow us because your PayPal account unverified !!, I am totally sure my account is verified, but in anyways I contacted PayPal Support Team about this respect, and they told me to attain from them the transaction ID, I e-mailed them back about providing me with the transaction ID but they never reply to me back !!, I tired so hard to get them reply to me I have been e-mailing them since 4 months now and I get no reply at all !! what can I do ?
