Reapplying to Lionbridge after 2 years

Hi, I applied to Lionbridge and failed the test in 2019. The application was rejected. I worked with a different vendor for a awhile after that. I want to reapply to Lionbridge. Would it be paranoid to use a make a new email address? I've read the Lionbridge rejects you if you've had experience with another vendor or you've applied before. Thanks.
