Eureka surveys My "cashout" minimum today was 10 dollars but now its suddenly 15

I just downloaded eureka surveys today and suddenly out of nowhere i saw the minimum cash out go to 15 dollars instead of 10 dollars anyone know why. Although this happened right after i went on the Web version of eureka.
