Are ACH cashback withdrawals taxable?

I am using cashback sites and have already withdrawn PayPal.

I still have money for ACH withdrawals to US bank account.

Do you guys know if the latter method is taxable? And do I need to declare or clarify anything after receiving big amounts of cashback checks?
