what is your experience with Premise Mystery Shopper jobs?

There is a job with company called Premise that require visiting shops and taking pics of the shops from outside but that requires an app on the phone, I don't feel comfortable doing it without asking for feedback first, also the pay seems too good to be true (21 USD per task), if you have any feedback about this specific job or anything in general would appreciate it.
