Swagbucks Playtime Rewards concerns?

Hello, Fellow Beer Financiers! I have a question regarding the Playtime Rewards feature on Swagbucks. Basically, it's a bit unnerving to sale it full access to what apps I'm using at any time. I understand the need for that access, based on the premise of the offer, but I'm curious if anyone can speak to the security/risk of having that app installed. My first instinct is to avoid it, but I've had good luck with Swagbucks over the last 6mos ($140 paid out so far!).

Would appreciate people opinions/experiences with the Playtime Rewards offer/feature.
