Pinecone Research - deactivated - what to do?
Hey all, I've been a member of Pinecone Research for a number of years.
It looks like my account was deactivated, probably for inactivity. In the past it's happened before, and I have emailed "Karen Scott" ([scott@pineconeresearch.com](mailto:scott@pineconeresearch.com)) and she has been able to fix it for me. Now that account is sending me back "This email is unmonitored." (It's possible this is automated and people still check it, but I'm assuming not.)
I tried submitting their Contact Us form and it doesn't go through if I don't have a current active account on Pinecone.
I looked for them on Twitter (couldn't find them) and Facebook (there are a few pages for Pinecone Research but none of them look official to me).
Any thoughts? Do I just give up on them, or is there some secret special way to reach them? They weren't my favorite company but they were fairly reliable for $3 at a time.
