Payment issues with Tozny/Hippocratic Study?

Referenced there, and a few other places. Been using the app for several months and still getting surveys fairly regularly. The app itself reports over 44 million "records" collected from me, whatever those may be.

I've never been paid. Reached out via app message several times, and tried to return to their Facebook page (HIPPOCRATIC App) today to inquire there as it's the only place I ever saw them publicly respond to inquiries, but...

it's gone.

Same with the original signup link- now it 403's as forbidden though I'm in the US and have accessed the page before.

As a last ditch effort I left a voicemail on the UoW team's voicemail (CREATIV Lab) located through here and am awaiting a callback.

Anyone else had issues with payment through these folks, and if so, were you ever made right?
