Negative experience with Benjamin app

Downloaded a game from their offer wall and it had the typical requirements about reaching levels in a certain time. I received the first few rewards but did not receive the last few. The offer wall link I saved is now invalid and when I reached out to them they said basically that there is no promise that you’ll get the rewards even if you meet the requirements.

this was the response:
