Upvoice 3 weeks and nothing in the Inbox

I a mate of mine told me about upvoice, anyhow it took me around 2 months to get enough points to redeem 10 bucks. I redeemed around 26-27th or so last month And after 3 weeks? Nothing, I have sent them an email a week ago, but I haven't gotten a reply yet? I asked my friend about this it seems like he has the same issue. Has anyone else faced this?
