Does survey junkie actually payout?

Ok so the first time i tried to cash out, i received nothing, emailed support. Support said that I entered my account information incorrectly and to re input it. I have done that, and made sure it was %100 correct. It’s been a few days and nothing. I’ve emailed support again. Do they actually pay you???
