How to Handle this

I got to make my first order on Amazon, and my account got locked, after submitting my proof getting the giftcards used, (I got them from surveys, and campaign programs,) Amazon is now saying that is not proof, that the survey company should provide proof of who bought the gift card. What is even more funny is I have been accumulating each gift cards for years from different survey platforms, am seriously distraught right now.
