Clickoworker UHRS issue

Hello, I've been trying to join UHRS on clickworker, but if i click the banner/the available job the page just keeps loading until it throws 504 error. However when i tried on my phone i actually could join the exam, but even then after like 10th question i just got 404 error. So, is there any fix? I contacted the support 4 days ago, but i still got no reply.
