how to get numbers for phone verification (bing rewards)

Hello I live outside of usa so I don´t have usa landline number that will work with bing rewards verification.

I tried to use textplus or google voice or other services that offer free usa number but bing says that please do not use voip numbers etc..every time I enter number to verification process from this sources bing throws error.

So my question is where to get real usa number that will work for phone verification? (Best will be for free) Or can anyone who live in usa do this service...
