Couple of Prolific Academic questions

It looks like they closed their subreddit. Anyone know why?
And is anyone else getting the ones where they base the pay on a particular time, then increase it in the instructions. For example, the one below bases the pay on 4 minutes, then tells you it takes 6 minutes to complete. Which means the rate of pay is only 2/3 that advertised. I report them but never receive a reply.
