Hive Work Payment Status is "Failed".

My first payment is due this last tuesday (26/1/2021). Unfortunately, the transaction/payment was unsuccessful therefore I requested them to review the payment and now the status is "Authorised". Does anyone know what this means or why the payment failed in the first place?
