Can I buy a single giftcard using Prepaiddigitalsolutions gc's?

I redeemed points through a work program for 2 $1000 cards and want to combine them into a single visa card somewhere (their website caps the combining of cards to $1000) or do these cards still work through Paypal? (add these as a funding source)
