Withdrawal times across apps

What's going on with withdrawals with the different apps and websites? I keep hearing its PayPal having issues but I don't see how they would have issues for so long. Holidays would be a more credible excuse, but how can all of these services be experiencing them at once.

Withdrawing with PokerStars and Skillz has been basically a nightmare, the only that's still depositing my funds quickly is Pocket7Games and Bovada.
