Questions About Clickworker

My clickworker account got disabled because I created two clickworker accounts mistakenly. They are asking for my proof of identity and address. So, can one of my account be reactivated if I sent them my proof of identity and address. Do I get paid for the task I had done if my clickworker account remains disabled.
