Has anyone advertised businesses ads on your property which resides on a busy street with lots of traffic? Advice pls

Just as title states. I live on the busiest street in my city. I’d like to monetize it somehow by offering to businesses that they can put their advertisement on my property for a monthly fee. I’d only accept 1 business so it still looks clean. Has anyone done this? Any idea what to charge? Thousands of cars drive by my house everyday and I’m sure some businesses would enjoy the eyeballs they’d receive.
