Hey Chris,

Thank you for being a part of the SurveyU community!

Your opinions have helped shape a lot of the brands, products, and media that you use every day. However, all good things must come to an end, and SurveyU will be shutting down on December 31, 2020. Please redeem all of your rewards before January 1, 2021 to avoid losing them.

Our use of our own panel has been impacted by the implementation of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which took effect on January 1, 2020. Laws intended for banks, retailers and social media platforms are being applied to the market research industry.

Unable to afford compliance with these new requirements, we have no choice but to cease panel operations. You may not be a California resident, but we are unable to identify who is in California and who is not with 100% accuracy. The penalties for non-compliance are so severe that we would go out of business if we transgressed them, even accidentally.

We will miss you!
