Would there be any issues with Discover Bank or such as Oxygen ?

I'm going to open PayPal. My current location US. So i need to know, if is it okay to add Discover bank or some other bank in PayPal ?

I'm not comfortable with adding my main Bank account so I'm interested to open other bank for PayPal. Could anyone suggest me which US Bank would be better ?
