Playtime rewards aka earn from playing games not working

I get a "not initialized" error when I click the Playtime Rewards tab in the Swagbucks mobile app and a "You cannot access these offers. Please contact support" error message from Giftloop. I contacted Giftloop support and haven't heard back in a week.

Has this page been disabled on all apps that had this feature? Can others confirm that this is happening for them too?

This was a good thing for me to use as it paid out decently for little effort.
