Using Mturk for the first time, getting suspension screen.

So, my friend is in a tight spot, he got sent home because of symptoms, but the pipers still need paying. so i told him to register for mturk, and he immediately finds himself getting a suspension screen despite never once using mturk. He didn't even know what it is. My question is has anyone else gotten this and how did they deal with it? How do we fix this and have him making at least a little?
