Swagbucks : Can't get customer support no matter what

I've used my Swagbucks account for a few years. Recently my account was banned and when I questioned why, they said I have been trying to re-do app offers. I've never done a single offer on the site, only surveys that I've been honest about. I've tried email, facebook, twitter, etc and can't get an answer. It's a little annoying because I had ten bucks sitting in there and never received an alert of being hacked. Wondering if it's a lost cause.
