Anyone else having issues with ZapSurvey cash out?

I’ve redeemed a $20 Amazon gift card in Zap Survey last Thursday and still haven’t received it. My other cash outs I received after 1-2 days MAX. Is it just slow since it’s a holiday week or am I not gonna receive it at this point?
