Survey Monkey Rewards surveys through text?

Hello.

I recently downloaded Survey Monkey Rewards and received a text about a survey. Although, the survey is not showing in my app and appears to only be taken by clicking the link. There is no amount of award or time it may take. Is this normal? I haven't received any surveys through the app yet and wondering if this is how it is supposed to work. Thank you for any advice.
