Is anyone else having issues with Branded Surveys?

TLDR: what the title says

I’ve been using Branded Surveys for a few months now and have had a mostly positive experience. Usually, i can get a guaranteed 40 cents a day by doing the 5 cent daily poll + 35 cent tv survey.

Every once in a while the tv survey has some sort of error that prevents me from completing it. It wasn’t that often until this week... Out of the past 4 days of me trying to attempt the survey, 3 times it has told me it was over quota. This is all before 10 AM, when normally the survey is available til 1 or 2 PM if not later. So i don’t think it is actually OQ.

I tried writing support, but they were super unhelpful - the boilerplate “sorry, sometimes surveys fill up, but you can keep trying other surveys!” stuff. I’m super annoyed because not only was this guaranteed money each day, it also gave me 6 or 7 surveys toward the 12 point branded elite threshold each week.

More broadly, i’ve noticed i seem to be having more errors with other surveys, like fully completing them only for branded to tell me they’re closed. Support is normally good about crediting me in these situations, but even if they give me full credit for the surveys, the surveys don’t count toward my branded elite goal, nor do they give me the extra 12% etc when that elite period rolls around. So that is also super annoying.

One other really weird thing is two days ago, when i went to start a survey, it said i needed to answer some profiling questions first... It asked me what conditions i suffered from, and i normally put “prefer not to answer,” but that wasn’t an option here... so i chose actual stuff. Then it told me my answers didn’t match my profile, and it demoted me to “average” account health instead of the “excellent” my account has been on since i started using branded. I don’t know if the rating actually makes a difference in things, but this is annoying too!!

Has anyone else been experiencing similar issues?
