Appen Network Connection

I haven't been able to sign into the Appen app.....ever. I constantly get the message "Network Error Cannot connect to Appen server. Please try again later". I have contacted tech support and they worked with me for a bit (they were so quick to respond!) and they are just as perplexed. I have yet to start a project with them.

Has anyone ever had an issue like this? Is the app just crap? (I rhymed!)
