TASK - PAYONEER USERS

I'm paying $5 for anyone willing to top up my Payoneer account with $25. I have $30 stuck in my account and I want to withdraw all of it but I can't coz of the minimum withdrawal requirement. Once I've withdrawn I'll send you back the initial amount plus the $5 via Paypal. It's 2020 and I wonder why Payoneer still has such absurd limits.
