Best Way To Advertise Side Gig

Hey guys, just a quick question concerning how to advertise your side gig or job. I want to advertise that I can mod consoles, phones and build/fix computers.

What is the best way to advertise it? I’ve tried websites like Kijiji & Craigslist. Websites like Facebook Marketplace don’t allow certain services like: modding consoles & ETC. Should I create a website or place up flyers somewhere? What have you guys tried that ended up working?

Any information regarding this matter would greatly be appreciated, thanks.
