Anyone find any "double dip" apps that pay you to play other games - but those other games pay you as well?

i got suckered in to playing a great time waster in some coin drop game becuase i thought it was an earner - and aparently you can only enter sweepstakes - so i got bored and burnt out - but that got me wondering about those other apps that pay you to play games and the more you play the more you make - AND THEN i was wondering if there were any apps "inside those apps" that ALSO paid so technically you could double dip by playing earning games that were refered by other earning apps?

yes i know how stupid that sounded - but i'm sure someone can make some sense out of it and might even have an answer.
