pointsprizes still working for you

anyone else having crediting issues with pointsprizes? recently i did at least 3 offers that did not get credited eventhough the support for the providers showed i completed it and was credited. surveys that give points for dq do not on this site and i lost a bunch of hideout tv points when i redeemed to them and they were not counted. the only thing that seems to work is the daily poll. i've contacted customer support and all they say is "we like referrals you get the most points from referrals"
