APPEN: Applied for the project and landed on this!

Hey Guys,

I was filling out for all the available projects and in the middle on one project, don't remember its name, it had a long list of NDA's or documentation which they wanted me to agree and I agreed one after another and then landed onto this page. Now I'm unable to go through their UI, after logging it's just this one screen or log-out button.

Any faced this issue or why this could have occurred?
