Is it worth contacting Neevo?

Hi guys! As some of you may know, Neevo has made changes to their website to show the amount of paid tasks. I'm having a look through and noticing massive discrepancies between my submitted tasks and the paid tasks, with some of these last being paid months ago. Is there any point in me contacting Neevo about this or will I be told that they'll get to it when they get to it??
