Slidejoy Closing down, all my carats gone

Hi so today i just got an email saying Directly that slidejoy will not be working anymore outside US, and all my carats will be gone and my account will be deleted by 8th may. I didn't even get any warning or notice before, so that i could redeem my carats, and suddenly today i get an email that they're deleting sll the accounts without rewarding. This is a case of fraud and theft. Please give suggestions or anything, I'm thinking to sue the company.
