Crowdtap app problem?

For the past couple days, the Crowdtap app screen just shows blank for me - no questions, but also no sign saying they're temporarily out of surveys for me. I assumed that meant they randomly banned me, and submitted a help ticket through the app. But my account is fine if I log in on a browser. I can even answer surveys there. Any thoughts on the problem?
