Neevo Customer AND Agent?

I'm meant to be an support agent on this Dialogue Collection new job, been a customer on other ones for a few weeks.

Thing is it was impossible to get any calls yesterday, there were hardly any customers to role play with and I kept having to log out after 30mins not having run a single scenario -could've made money as one of those customers instead of cooling my jets as an agent.

Wondering has anyone done both roles and how did your earnings compare?
