Is there something like Fiverr that has less strict policies against nsfw content?

I found out that I'm quite good at something that's nsfw. I know, I suck, but it's nothing against the law and I wanted to know if there was a way to make some beermoney out of it. Since Fiverr bans adult content of any kind, I was curious to see if I could find any alternative or if I could bend the rules a little in my favour, since I saw that nsfw illustrations and novels are allowed. I'm not sure I want to discuss exactly what is it I'd like to do, but I've seen for example Patreons of professional doing this sort of stuff, but, of course, I don't have that sort of following (and I don't want that kind of commitment).
