Is there still a way to sign up for GG2U Premium or do you have to grind up a normal account?

Hey everyone just started looking into GG2U as a potential side income. Is it worth it? I heard the regular GG2U is difficult to grind up but Premium is worth it? The info I found was a bit spotty. Is there a way I can still sign up directly to GG2U Premium? I have only found the main sign up page on GG2U's website. Also if it is not possible to sign up directly to Premium.. how long would it take to grind up to level 4 to get Premium access? Thank you!
